Buyers Fee Structure
The Receivables Exchange offers two types of Membership options – Member Buyers and Seatholders. The fees for both are very straightforward and are detailed below. A limited number of Seats on the Exchange are available.
Seatholder
Seatholders are Buyers who have been granted a Seat on the Exchange and an equity position inThe Receivables Exchange’s parent company, The New Orleans Exchange.

- Level 2 Data Fee: Included
- Transaction Closing Fee: Transaction Closing Fees are charged upon successful purchase of an auction.
- Administration Service Fee: After the Account Debtor has paid in full, Buyers will be charged an Administration Service Fee
Member Buyer
Member Buyers are companies who have been approved to buy accounts receivable over the Exchange.
- Registration Fee: A one-time $500 fee

- Level 2 Data Fee: Optional. Call (504) 208-1926 for details
- Transaction Closing Fee: Transaction Closing Fees are charged upon successful purchase of an auction
- Administration Service Fee: After the Account Debtor has paid in full, Buyers will be charged an Administration Service Fee
