Andrew C. Webb, Executive Vice President, Head of Corporate Finance

As head of The Receivables Exchange's Corporate Finance Department, Andrew is responsible for management, strategy, sales, product and key partnerships for The Receivables Exchange's Corporate Finance business, including the Corporate Receivables and Vendor Finance Programs, serving the Fortune 1000 and other large corporate clients.

Andrew has over 15 years of operational, strategy and business development experience in large, mid-sized and start-up financial services companies. He has been instrumental in the creation and build-out of electronic trading and clearance venues for both institutional and retail investors across equity, fixed income and derivative markets, including Direct Edge, Ipreo, NetDelta, TheMuniCenter and TradeMonster.

Prior to joining The Receivables Exchange in 2011, Andrew served as Managing Director and Chief of Staff at Knight Capital Group, a global financial services firm where he worked directly with the CEO on strategy, organizational efficiency and risk management across all of Knight's businesses. Formerly, he held the position of Head of Business Development at Knight Capital, directing M&A, investment, partnership decisions and strategy for the firm. Prior to Knight, Andrew held various business development and strategy roles at Ipreo LLC (formerly i-Deal), Merrill Lynch and NBC. Andrew began his career at Price Waterhouse LLP Corporate Finance.

Andrew has a degree in Economics from Dartmouth College.
