Justin A. Brownhill, Co-Founder and CEO

Justin is co-founder and chief executive officer of The Receivables Exchange. For his vision in founding the Exchange, Justin has earned accolades from major news outlets and business organizations, including Institutional Investor (as a "Top 50" financial technology disruptor for 2011 and a "Top 40" innovator for 2010), Business Insider's "Silicon Alley 100", Ernst & Young, and the American Business ("Stevie") Awards (for 2011 "Management Team of the Year").

Brownhill is a respected executive and strategic advisor to the capital markets, financial services and software sectors. Prior to founding The Receivables Exchange, Brownhill was a managing director at Citigroup's Corporate and Investment Bank, involved with Citigroup's Institutional Trading Technology, Market Structure and Exchange Strategy teams. Prior to that, he was an executive at Lava Trading, a groundbreaking global equities and foreign exchange trading technology company, where he was instrumental to its acquisition by Citigroup in 2004. Previously, he was an investment banker in the Financial Institutions practice at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ), Union Bank of Switzerland (UBS) and Salomon Brothers.

Brownhill graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce with distinction from the Faculty of Management at the University of Calgary, Canada. A swimmer at an international level, he captained his national championship varsity team. He is a founding member and former chairman of Minds Matter of NYC, Inc., a volunteer organization helping inner-city high school students expand educational horizons.

Nicolas R. Perkin, Co-Founder and President

As a former CFO and a successful entrepreneur, Nic has felt firsthand the pressures that a lack of working capital can bring to bear on a thriving business. In order to provide small and medium sized businesses with an easy and efficient way to access working capital, he co-founded The Receivables Exchange.

Prior to The Receivables Exchange, Nic was Executive Vice President at EmSense Corporation, a leading next generation media measurement company. Previously, he was Vice President of Global Business Development for Massive, Inc., which was acquired by Microsoft Corporation in May 2006. In addition, he held the position of Head of Strategic Business Development at Kestrel Technologies, a leading Wall Street developer of technology solutions for fixed income trading. He also worked in mergers and acquisitions at Veronis, Suhler & Company and Cowles Media Company and held various operations positions at The Black Book.

He holds a Master of Science in Finance from the London Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University.

Nic also serves on the Board of Directors for the Youth Rescue Initiative, a non-profit organization that aims to teach at-risk children in the greater New Orleans area how to overcome challenges, create opportunity and achieve success. He was appointed to, and serves as Vice Chairman of, the Louisiana Innovation Council. He is also a member of the New York Weill Cornell Council (NYWCC) which serves to support patient care, medical research, and education at New York Weill Cornell Medical Center. Nic is also a member of the Board of Directors of Bideo.com, the world's first online auction house for real-time trading of exclusive news video and photos.

Jeff Brody, Founding Partner, Redpoint Ventures

Jeff is a founding partner of Redpoint Ventures. Jeff was an early investor and director of Danger (acquired by Microsoft), Fraud Sciences (acquired by eBay), Concur Technologies, Loopnet, Zing Systems (acquired by Dell), GetThere, mySimon (acquired by CNET), NextCard, Onebox (acquired by OpenWave), ViaVideo (acquired by Polycom), and Web TV (acquired by Microsoft). He currently serves on the board of directors for HomeAway, JumpTap, Kodiak Networks, LifeSize Communications and MobiTV. Jeff received a B.S. in Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Jim Counihan, Partner, Prism VentureWorks

Jim joined Prism in 2000 and runs the firm's software & services practice. His focus areas are software as a service and MSP's, on-line exchanges, technology enabled services and technology enabled vertical plays. Jim is a director for Astoria Software, Chosen Security, White Sky, The New Orleans Exchange, Mota and RatePoint. Jim was formerly on the boards of Softricity, acquired by Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT), GeoTrust, acquired by Verisign (NASDAQ: VRSN), and Silverback Technologies, acquired by Dell (NASDAQ: DELL).

Possessing a unique mix of legal, operational and technical knowledge, Jim complements and extends Prism's entrepreneurial and financial expertise. Jim joined Prism from EPiCON, Inc., where he served as Legal Counsel and Director of Business Operations. A Prism investment, EPiCON was sold to Nortel Networks in September 2000. He has held positions in Corporate Legal Counsel and Business Operations for Sapient Corporation. He also served as Legal Counsel for the Outsourcing Division of Bell Atlantic Network Integration, which during his tenure, grew into a $300 million business in four years. A member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Jim holds a B.A. magna cum laude from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, a J.D. cum laude from Suffolk University Law School.

Mitch Davis, Co-Founder and CEO, Massive Incorporated

An ardent gamer and digital entertainment pioneer, Mitch has a long record of entrepreneurial success. As founder and CEO of Massive Incorporated, Mitch revolutionized the video game industry by working closely with publishers and developers to build the world's finest and largest in-game advertising network which encompassed 40 publishers, including EA, Activision, THQ, Take 2, Sony Online Entertainment, Disney and Vivendi Universal Games. Massive was acquired by Microsoft in 2006. Mitch's other entrepreneurial successes include co-founding Digital Rights, subsequently acquired by Liberty One, as well as co-founding Parcelhouse, an international middleware software developer with clients including FedEx, DHL, and IKEA.

Richard Korhammer, Executive Chairman

Richard was CEO, Chairman and Co-Founder of Lava Trading Inc. where he successfully guided Lava, a groundbreaking equities DMA platform provider from inception in 1999 to Lava's acquisition by Citigroup in 2004. Richard retired from Lava/Citigroup in late 2006.

Jeffrey Schwartz, Managing Director, Bain Capital

Jeffrey joined Bain Capital in 2000 and is a founding Partner of Bain Capital Ventures and a Managing Director of the firm. Prior to Bain Capital Ventures, Jeffrey worked at Wellington Management company, where he was a portfolio manager for several public equities funds. He also served in the Equity Capital Markers Group of Merrill Lynch. In addition to his firm and portfolio company responsibilities, Jeffrey also serves on the Board of MetroLacrosse, is a trustee of Noble and Greenough School, and coaches several youth athletic teams.
