John W. Barton III, Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer

John brings a deep understanding of financial analysis and operational expertise, drawing from a successful career in equity research and asset management. He is a founding member of the company and has served in numerous capacities since its inception in 2007. Most notably he was architect of The Receivables Exchange's product structure, trading platform, trade settlement systems and risk processes. John currently oversees Product Management, Technology and Decision Support departments and serves as Secretary to the Board of Directors.

Previously, he was an Investment Analyst at Partner Fund Management and Andor Capital Management, two leading global hedge funds. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia.
