Onzelo Markum III, Senior Vice President, Head of Culture and Organizational Performance

Onzelo, a nationally-recognized leadership consultant, is The Receivables Exchange's Chief Talent Officer and oversees talent management strategies as well as human resources and organizational development. In this role, he is the chief architect and portfolio manager for the strategic talent development and leadership development solutions that support the company's business groups and corporate functions.

Onzelo is a dynamic, results-oriented leader with more than eighteen years of experience in the public and private sectors leading high-performance teams, including over seventeen years of distinguished service as a Texas police officer where he earned a Medal of Valor for bravery under fire.

Prior to joining The Receivables Exchange, Onzelo was an executive coach with Insperity (formerly known as Administaff) where he worked with the CEO's of some of America's most successful small and medium sized businesses to help improve workforce productivity while maximizing operational excellence. Onzelo also co-developed and facilitated Administaff's CEO Council, a peer-to-peer coaching group for Houston-area CEO's.

Onzelo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Houston at Clear Lake and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Executive MBA Program of the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
